Flow automatically tracks work steps and maintains an overview even in complex projects, without requiring workflow adjustments. With Flow, users can quickly and easily review the workflow, find asset and project data, and edit it.
Features include:
Real-time Asset Tracking automatically shows the relationships between files used within a workflow. If a user tries to delete a file monitored by Flow in the Mac OS X Finder, they receive a warning.
Workflow Maps show the files used in a project and provide information about how they are linked to one another. They also provide information about layers, fonts and colors.
Workflow Calendar provides information on what is currently being worked on, when, and for how long during the previous week, month or year.
Visual Versions automatically organizes versions of media files, including thumbnails and metadata.
Tags and annotations: tags and notes can be assigned to files or projects.
Project Packages make it easy to archive projects, send them to clients or print them.
The system is software- and platform-independent.
