nobeo GmbH acquired FilmPartners Deutschland GmbH from FilmPartners B.V. on December 28, 2007. United Broadcast Facilities B.V., a sister company of nobeo, had previously acquired parts of FilmPartners International and transferred them to FilmPartners B.V., a company founded by United in June 2007.
René Delwel, Managing Director of nobeo, is convinced that the new organisation has created an excellent basis for the further development of FilmPartners Deutschland and nobeo: “With FilmPartners Deutschland, we have gained a partner that complements our service portfolio very well. Both companies can also expand their capacity in existing fields of work in this way. Last but not least, I am delighted that the additional location at the Coloneum in Cologne-Ossendorf now allows us to serve our customers even better.”
Isabelle Huppertz, who is responsible for FilmPartners Deutschland’s operating business as Office Manager, is particularly enthusiastic about the new prospects: “As part of nobeo and therefore the Euro Media Group, FilmPartners has an incredible range of resources at its disposal. This opens up entirely new possibilities, and I am sure that our customer and we will benefit greatly from them.”
