Intensive courses cover three areas:
- Image and lighting design
- Studio-camera operation
- Reporting and video journalism
The program focuses on visual-language skills and the creative relationships behind image construction.
A Meet the Expert forum brings experienced film and television professionals into individual seminars and workshops, including journalists, camera specialists, lighting specialists and related crafts.
The first course was scheduled to begin in mid-April and run for 14 days. Frank Trautmann, chief camera operator for ProSiebenSat.1 production in Berlin and a lecturer at Freie Universität Berlin, would direct and teach the course.
