The project was submitted to the EU Commission for review. The Commission confirmed to the Hamburg information service ‘new business’ that it had approved the project. Holtzbrinck eLAB and SevenOne Intermedia will jointly control the joint venture. The ProSiebenSat.1 subsidiary is contributing the online travel portal http://www.reise.com to the new company. eLAB will provide the joint venture with equity capital, management services and the product concept, and will contribute the portal http://www.reise.de.
