The International Corporate Film Awards are being presented in Vienna for the 23rd time. The 20-member jury drawn from film, business, and the press received 287 submissions, an increase of 30% compared with the previous awards in 2006. With the entry “The BMW Brand – A Success Story,” von Quadt & Company secured one of the two Silver Victorias. The film shows the development of the traditional Bavarian brand into one of the world’s most fascinating automobile manufacturers. Anne von Koenigswald, responsible for concept and implementation, said:
“The BMW brand is one of the best known worldwide. Our film shows the brand’s depth and the full breadth of the company. The result covers almost a century of automotive history, told in an informative and exciting way.”
How do you advertise an automobile museum that has not yet opened? For its solution to this demanding task, von Quadt & Company received a second Silver Victoria in the “Marketing and Product Information” category. Voices from a wide range of generations ask questions that are answered in the reopened BMW Museum. This tapestry of sound therefore creates maximum appeal with a high degree of emotion. The spot is part of the communications campaign designed by von Quadt & Company for the BMW Museum.
Munich film production company Shot One was responsible for producing the two award-winning films. von Quadt & Company handled the conceptual supervision of the project.
