The conference takes place on 16 May at the Messe Erfurt congress center in the capital of Thuringia. During the conference, ASCON representatives Vladimir Zakharov and Irina Voronkina will present talks about KOMPAS-3D, a powerful, easy-to-learn and affordable mechanical CAD solution used in fields including the Russian aerospace industry and energy-plant engineering.
Conference visitors and participants will be able to explore the enhanced version of the award-winning MCAD solution, KOMPAS-3D V9 SP2, at the ASCON stand. The solution is ideally suited to effective business-process development, preparation and output of drawing and design documentation, parametric solid 3D modeling, 2D drafting and design, photorealistic rendering, motion simulation, dynamic and kinematic analysis, and export to and import from other CAD, AEC and PLM solutions.
This year’s event focuses on demonstrating the additional benefits that can be obtained from CAD. Ten other speakers from universities, CAD software providers and CAD users will share their experience with interested attendees from various sectors of commerce and industry, particularly to show small and medium-sized companies in the region ways to increase performance in their daily work.
