Prince Caspian Climbs the US Charts

With box-office takings of 56 million dollars, the adventure spectacle THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA: PRINCE CASPIAN OF NARNIA confidently climbed to the top of the US charts last weekend.

The first film adaptation of C.S. Lewis’s bestselling series, THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA: THE LION, THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE, was not only one of the greatest successes in the history of Walt Disney Studios with worldwide takings of more than 745 million dollars, but also one of the most successful films of all time. Nearly 4 million visitors in Germany enjoyed the fantasy adventure.

In Germany, the timeless fantasy world of C.S. Lewis comes to life again on 31 July. The four Pevensie siblings must once again prove their courage. THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA: PRINCE CASPIAN OF NARNIA features some of the largest sets ever created for a Hollywood film, fast-paced action, impressive effects, even more computer-generated creatures than its predecessor and immense battles, drawing viewers into its world.
