dc days: Practical Seminar with Timo Schumacher

Timo Schumacher of animoto GmbH has been secured as a speaker for the dc days. He will offer an introductory XSI seminar.

The VFX Technical Director has worked since 2000 at companies including Spans & Partner and CA Scanline. As FX Supervisor, he contributed to Michael “Bully” Herbig’s CG film “Lissi und der wilde Kaiser”. He is also familiar with work on international blockbusters: as a developer, he created several of the water effects for “Poseidon”. Before entering professional practice, he studied media informatics.
