“Star Trek – The Movie” introduces a young James Tiberius Kirk, captain of the Enterprise, who naturally has his hands full sharing exciting adventures with his crew.
Director J.J. Abrams has assembled a team of excellent young actors: Chris Pine plays Kirk, Zachary Quinto is Spock, Eric Bana is Nero, Simon Pegg portrays Scotty, and Karl Urban plays Leonard “Bones” McCoy. Christopher Pike, a familiar figure in the Star Trek world, is also part of the story.
