The final, unfinished adventure was published after Hergé’s death and became part of his legacy. The first adventure appeared in 1929. Two hundred million books have been sold worldwide. The popular series has been translated into 70 languages and continues to gain thousands of new fans every year.

Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson will bring Hergé’s stories to life using state-of-the-art performance-capture technology from Jackson’s Weta Digital.
