DVS is showing Spycer with a new feature set. For post-production, broadcast, and presentation users, the additions extend content management with important post-production file formats.
Previewing and converting RED files in Spycer lets users process footage recorded with RED cameras quickly.
Spycer also fully supports the new CLIPSTER conforming tool, allowing high-resolution material for automatic conforming to be located rapidly throughout a heterogeneous SpycerNet.
As an open system, Spycer can be integrated into IT infrastructures for file-based workflows. It supports MXF variants with broadcast codecs including Avid DNxHD, allowing users to view MXF files without further conversion. The built-in converter has also been extended with important MXF variants.
