The proposed system comprised a dual-lens P2 camcorder for stereoscopic capture and a 3D display. A flash-memory recorder captured material using an AVC-Ultra 3D codec.
It would have been the first camcorder developed specifically for stereoscopic acquisition.
Panasonic did not disclose technical details such as lens separation or angle adjustment, and provided no release date or price.
