Based on Apple’s FxPlug interface, more than 200 plug-ins integrate directly into the user interfaces of Final Cut Pro, Motion and Final Cut Express. The most important new filters include 3D Text and 3D EPS, including Type-On and deformers for spatial curvature, shattering and other effects; restoration filters such as Pixel Fixer and DV Fixer; skin smoothing with Smooth Tone; and Lightning.
A special feature of the FxPlug version is its shader-powered preset manager, which makes it possible to preview multiple effect templates simultaneously.
