These include new Fujinon cinema lenses: E-Series Primes, E-Series Zooms and Compact Zooms from the Japanese lens manufacturer. The Rhine-Main multibrand distributor is also presenting TVlogic’s broad range of professional broadcast monitors. Alongside multiformat monitors in various versions—from seven to 24 inches, including SD-only, DVI-only, quad-split, economy and neutral-density-filter models—the Class 1 XVM-245W with a 10-bit panel is on display.
Its High-Purity Precision LED backlight provides uniform illumination and accurate colour-space reproduction. It offers native HD resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, and processing of analogue and digital signal formats. Other features include 1:1 pixel mapping; waveform and vectorscope display for SDI signals; display of timecode, UMD and closed-caption information; and dual-link signal display compatible with 4:4:4 and 1080p60. TVlogic Color Calibration Software and a K-10 probe allow the XVM-245W to be calibrated with different gamma curves to customer specifications.
Ultra-compact: MODULA Classic and MODULA Junior HDTV Cameras
Also shown is Easylook System’s MODULA Classic, an ultra-compact HDTV camera for professional broadcast use whose modular design allows precise adaptation to each application. MODULA uses the latest generation of 2/3-inch single-chip CMOS sensors, delivering full 1920 × 1080 HD at 1080i 60/59.94/50 and 1080p 23.98/24/25/29.97/30. It also supports 720p at 23.98/24/25/29.97/30/50/59.94 and 60 fps.
MODULA therefore provides an image equivalent to large HD broadcast cameras. It can be operated and configured through RS485 without an external processing unit. Parameters including gain, white balance and shutter speed can be set from any standard PC or an optional broadcast control unit. For even smaller dimensions, MODULA Junior measures 98 × 48 × 48 mm and weighs 295 grams. It offers the same features as MODULA Classic but uses a C-mount lens connection.
A range of C-mount lenses for the compact HD camera is also on display. Various lens-mount adapters, including B4, C and PL mounts, provide an unmatched range of lenses for MODULA Classic.
