2010 Preview—FFF Announces New Application Dates

Record submissions, digital worlds and strong emerging talent bring changes to FilmFernsehFonds Bayern’s funding dates.

Two new funding areas introduced this year have led FFF Bayern to change deadlines and dates from 2010. The record number of submissions in 2009 showed that, to allow careful preparation, the period between the deadline and the awarding committee must be extended from four to five weeks, the statement continues. In addition, the increased number of emerging-talent applications makes another submission date for emerging talent necessary.
