Kaspersky Lab Relies on NVIDIA Technology

Kaspersky Lab uses an Nvidia Tesla S1070 system based on Nvidia’s massively parallel CUDA architecture in its antivirus laboratory.

Kaspersky uses Nvidia technology to identify unknown files so that it can respond more quickly to new threats. According to Kaspersky’s calculations, using a Tesla S1070 can accelerate this process by a factor of 360 compared with a solution using an Intel Core 2 Duo processor at 2.6 GHz.
