Nordmedia has just published three new publications: The catalogue “Die Filme 2009” continues the annual catalogue series. It provides detailed introductions to more than 50 completed productions from 2009 that were supported with funding from Nordmedia Fonds GmbH. They include Fatih Akin’s award-winning homeland film “Soul Kitchen”, the Werner Herzog film “My son, my son, what have ye done”, which was shown in Venice, the first German 3D cinema documentary “Das Auge 3D” by Nikolai Vialkowitsch and Eicke Bettinga’s short film “Together”, which, as a result of the cast & cut scholarship, made it all the way to the “Semaine de la Critique” series at the Cannes Film Festival.

“Set & Breakfast” is the name of the new travel guide for filmmakers who want to shoot in Lower Saxony and Bremen. The handbook provides helpful tips for finding locations, film-friendly accommodation, competent crew members and various funding opportunities. The “Set & Breakfast” Travel Guide/Media Guide brings together all the important information about Lower Saxony and Bremen as filming locations in a handy brochure.

Nordmedia’s annual report has also been published. It documents the companies’ financial results for 2008 and all activities in 2009.

All publications can now be ordered free of charge from Nordmedia.
