The compact LED- and DLP-based display systems can be assembled simply and quickly into digital, virtually seamless image surfaces of any size and shape. They also impress with their high pixel density, which makes them ideal for displaying high-resolution images and content. Participants in the event will gain an insight into the technology and operation of MicroTiles, as well as examples of possible playback technology and software applications.

Also taking part is vertigo systems, whose living surface system brings any display surface to life. The surfaces respond without contact and become interactive “in passing”. In combination with Christie MicroTiles, this creates high-resolution interactive attractions.

The powerful Picturall Octo media server will also be presented. It offers a simple and cost-effective solution for multi-screen video installations. It simultaneously outputs up to eight DVI channels in 1080p. Each output can display a section of a large screen or operate completely independently of the others (PRKL Codec / 4K Video compatible). Mike Waldeyer, expert and technical director of Videlco Europe Ltd., will be on site to answer questions about the media server.
