At IBC 2011, Adobe announced that it had acquired technologies from IRIDAS, a leading company for digital color-grading tools and professional film and video content. Adding the IRIDAS tools to Adobe Creative Suite Production Premium and Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection will provide editors with expanded color-grading capabilities in film and TV productions. Adobe is thereby strengthening its position in the professional film and video market.
