The new features of the V-Ray for Softimage rendering solution are support for the ICE system, dynamic geometry and V-Ray proxy objects. V-Ray for Softimage is said to be a physically based toolset including movable shadows, lights and cameras, intended to make the rendering workflow stable and fast with the V-Ray core.
