Shortly after the release of 5.0.1 Build 6, the developers at Adobe realized that several critical bugs were present that needed to be eliminated quickly. For this reason, there was another update on July twentieth with the abbreviation Build 7, which, among other things, ensures that Audition is no longer prone to crashing when CoolType encounters various fonts when the program starts. Furthermore, according to Adobe, there is no longer a crash when users make individual copies of selected MT regions. Windows users received an additional crash fix. After the new update, APE files including meta information from other editors no longer cause a crash, and both systems can safely send a stereo bus (side-chain) to a mono track.
Workflow Improvements
Playback is now no longer disrupted when individual clip copies are made by right-clicking and dragging. The session tempo is also retained when using systems that use commas instead of decimal points. Attached are two more redirects to the new update.
