FilmConvert film stock emulation software from New Zealand company Rubber Monkey Software can be used to match video colours to film colours. For a few days now, the plug-in has also been available for Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

The tool is said to be able to reproduce 19 film looks, for example that of Kodak Vision 3 film stock, Fuji Eterna and the classic black-and-white and Polaroid looks. To obtain a trial version of the plug-in, users must register with their email address. The After Effects plug-in for Windows and OSX is available for 249 dollars.
