Hard times are coming for lovers and collectors of silver discs. Because of changes in the video and broadcast industry away from physical distribution and towards cloud and streaming services, Adobe buried DVD authoring software Encore with the CS6 version.
Adobe has now published a tip for getting Encore CS6 into Creative Cloud: under "More Information Premiere CC download on Creative Cloud", you will find a drop-down menu. Click “In this Version”, where you will find CS6 Premiere and also Encore. If you first install it, then uninstall it and deactivate Encore in the list, it will remain in the system. Not an elegant option, but according to Adobe, this is currently the only way it works.
