The deadline for image work is January 24; video entries must be submitted by February 7, 2014. It does not matter which field the work comes from: animations, broadcast pieces, cinematics, and film or music videos are permitted if they were created with one or a combination of the following Autodesk products:
- 3ds Max
- Entertainment Creation Suites
- Flame
- Flame Premium
- Lustre
- Maya
- MotionBuilder
- Mudbox
- Smoke
- Smoke Advanced Softimage
The Best of the Best 2014 showreel will premiere at NAB in Las Vegas, which will take place from April 7 to 10, 2014. In addition, the reel will be featured on the Autodesk website, the Autodesk YouTube channel and at various industry events—a good opportunity for all artists to draw attention to their work. So, remove all telltale traces of non-Autodesk tools and take part. For more information about participating, click here.
