Under the motto "Tomorrow We Will See Further – Changes", filmmakers up to the age of 30 are invited to submit their work. Only films whose production began after July 2012 will be accepted.
There are four categories: reportage/documentary style (maximum film length 20 minutes), fiction/short film, animation/graphics and free works (maximum film length 10 minutes each).
