MaxGrass is a MaxScript that can be used to trigger realistic grass growth in 3ds Max—with just one click, promises manufacturer Oormi Creations, a group of Indian CG artists from Pune.

MaxGrass does not use particles, but generates real geometry, so you are supposed to have full control over every leaf or blade—ideal for close-up shots.
