Is Autodesk taking the same path with Creative Market as Adobe with its artist community Behance? Creative Market is a start-up from San Francisco that offers an online marketplace for digital content such as fonts, photos and templates. All Creative Market employees will now be part of the Autodesk Consumer Group. The Creative Market team confirmed this in a blog post.

Last year, Creative Market launched a Photoshop extension to enable assets to be sold and purchased from its platform. It remains to be seen what innovations Autodesk will now bring to the platform.
