Since last year, in addition to animated shorts, projects in the "Advertising" and "Games" categories have also been sought. The Animation Award is initiated by the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, with the event intended to strengthen international support for young talent. There is a main prize of 4,000 euros in each of the three categories "Shorts", "Games" and "Advertising". The additional "Harald Siepermann Character Design Award" and "Audience Award" prizes are each endowed with 1,000 euros.
No registration fee is charged for a submission. In the attachment, you will find the tender documents in PDF form with precise information about the required characteristics an entry must have, information about the jury and the application itself.
