This allows different users on the team to collaborate with the review tool via the web and share clips and timelines. It also offers native support for RAW camera formats, so that with Scratch Web all team members – whether producer, director, DPs, DITs, editors or post-production artists – can now publish RAW material in any format, at any resolution size, from anywhere in the world. And in real time.
Sharing via Browser
The content can be viewed through an HTML5-capable browser or via the Scratch Web app, which will be available soon. This is intended to be released for iOS, Android and Windows. In a private web channel, timelines can be locked using encryption and permissions; in a public channel, links can be created to share the footage with the world. This allows anyone to insert comments, which are then synchronised in real time.
