The app is designed so simply that even children can use it to build a 3D model according to their own ideas. The app came about through the acquisition of Modio, whose iPad app can work with desktop 3D printers.
Users, who do not necessarily have to be children, can choose from ready-made character templates and modify them via a simple operating menu – very simply by drag and drop.
The app is available for iOS, Android and Windows and also offers the younger generation a 3D printing experience at home. Tinkercad (in the desktop version) and Tinkerplay (mobile version) are available free here; you only need to create an account.
