The new version of the dinosaur software LightWave 3D brings several improved features:
- Improoved ZBrush GoZ and After Effects support
- Further development of the workflow for Viewport Preview Renderer
- Support for AE CC2015
- Improoved FBX rigging import from Maya
- Additional support for UV exchange with Unity and other game engines
- Improoved SubD mesh exchange for Alembic
- Additional GoZ exchange support for ZBrush 4R7. (major improvements in LScript Scene Object Agent with 22 new data elements)
- Update of Python control via LightWave Custom Object access
LightWave 2015 customers automatically receive the new Version 3 with their purchase. Existing users can obtain the upgrade via their account on the LightWave 3D website.
The full licence is available for US$995, while the upgrade costs US$495.
