Sometimes it works without a lot of action or explosions – as in this breakdown for the Netflix series “The OA”. The landscape shots in the opening come from studio RVX. For this, the Icelandic studio used photogrammetry techniques and supplemented the created 3D scans with CG elements such as trees and houses. The whole thing was then rendered with Arnold.
