Close to Nature: “The Shark in the Park”

Since “Loom,” we know that Polynoid can realize macro shots especially well in CG form. In the new short film “Shark in the Park,” the team explores natural phenomena by getting very close. Here is the teaser.

“Shark in the Park” is a private project by Polynoid in coperation with production company Woodblock. The team has actually been working on the film since January 2015, but actual production only began in September 2016. The release is planned for July 7, 2017. Polynoid is realizing the film with Softimage and Arnold, and Houdini was integrated into the pipeline for the first time.
