Mechanical Color (meaning industrial designer Adam O’Hern) has released the Dara Kit for Modo as open source. Originally available for $399, it contains 13 individual Modo kits, ranging from popular UI elements to modelling tools, materials and render-management utilities. Even a small collection of real-world vehicle models is included.
The Dara plug-in is available as a download in Mechanical Color’s Gumroad Store. As already mentioned, it contains all the plug-ins that Mechanical Color created in 2017.
Included are: Bling, Cropper, Flipper, Kelvin, Metermade, NeatFreak, Passify, Render Monkey, Snap, Wheely and Zen. All combined in a single installation.
The tools should work from Modo 9xx onwards.
Have fun with it!
