For the Motion Plus Design Event, Chris Bjerre and Peter Clark produced an impressive short film in Cinema 4D and enjoyed complete creative freedom.
The initiators of the Motion Plus Design Event in Tokyo set themselves the goal of making motion graphics accessible to a broad audience. To offer visitors visual highlights beyond the exhibition and the numerous specialist lectures, they invited designers Chris Bjerre and Peter Clark to give free rein to their creativity and produce an impressive short film especially for the event. The result of their work is the piece “PERMUTATIONS”, produced in Cinema 4D, which celebrated its world premiere on June 2 at the Motion Plus Design Event in Tokyo.
In the making-of for the film, you will learn how Chris Bjerre and Peter Clark gave the 3D model of an actress a fascinating appearance using microscopic images of a defective LCD screen, or prepared MRI scans as point-cloud visuals.
