Golaem Academy
Golaem launched Golaem Academy to mark the tenth anniversary of Golaem Crowd. First released in 2011, the crowd-simulation software had been used across film, television and games, with credits including Game of Thrones, Thor: Ragnarok, Zack Snyder’s Justice League and League of Legends.
Sixteen Training Sessions
The programme comprised 16 sessions covering the fundamentals required to populate stadiums, build dense city crowds and stage large battle sequences.
The live academy ran on 15, 16, 19 and 20 April 2021. Historical details remain on the Golaem website. Check current training availability and software requirements before following the archived material, and test crowd caches in the target DCC before production use.
