ifs Cologne Graduates Present VFX and Animation Short Films

The ifs Cologne bachelor’s class presented 11 fiction films, eight feature scripts and three animation projects: Circus in Town, Yûgen and Bloom.

In brief: The graduating bachelor’s class of the International Film School Cologne (ifs) presented its final projects at Cologne’s Cinenova cinema to representatives of the media industry.

The 58 graduates came from screenwriting, directing, creative producing, cinematography, picture and sound editing, VFX and animation, and production design.

Programme: The event included excerpts from 11 fiction graduation films, eight scripts for feature-length films and three final animation projects.

The animation and VFX projects were Circus in Town, a historically inspired story centred on elephants; Yûgen, a dystopian mystery about the individual in the modern city; and Bloom, a comedy about an ambitious tree.
