WAM Film Night

On November 4, 2006, the Werbe- & Medien-Akademie Marquardt will present the “small film prize” for the 6th time as part of WAM Film Night to the best up-and-coming filmmakers. The prize is intended to help draw the industry’s attention to the great creative potential of young filmmakers. WAM Film Night was founded in 2001 by Frank Erhardt – Academy Director of Werbe- & Medien-Akademie Marquardt – and a team of committed students and has successfully established itself since then. In addition to submissions from universities throughout Germany, WAM Film Night recorded international entries for the first time in 2005. Until September 29, up-and-coming filmmakers can apply to participate with scenic-fictional productions with a maximum length of 20 minutes. The producer and director of the film are entitled to submit.
