Paris was also entirely under the spell of the new CGI adventure about the little rat Remy, who dreams of becoming a head chef, at the weekend. A section of the bank of the Seine had been transformed into a huge film set and formed the setting for the spectacular European premiere of Pixar/Disney’s latest animated hit. Not only had the entire creative crew around director Brad Bird, Executive Producer and Pixar/Disney Creative Chief John Lasseter and producer Brad Lewis traveled to the French capital, numerous local celebrities and some of the best chefs in the world, including Israel Aharoni (Israel), Cyril Lignac (France) and Ferran Adria Acosta (Spain), also took part in the event.
