The Korean software company INUS Technology, Inc., presented the latest version XOR2 of the Rapidform scanning and redesign software on July 13, 2007. Rapidform is the only 3D scanning software with which parametric CAD models can be generated from point clouds. Over 200 improvements help with the automation of processes and full control of the scanning process.
Rapidform XOR2 is available now and is distributed via the worldwide partner network. The price (around 20,000 euros) is not expected to change compared with the previous version.
