He succeeds Dr. Hans Pusch, who was Head of RTL Media Research until his retirement in January 2007.

Arbeitsgemeinschaft Fernsehforschung (AGF) is the association of ARD, ProSiebenSat.1, RTL and ZDF. The aim of AGF is the further development of quantitative television audience research in Germany. The highest decision-making body is the board, to which each AGF member sends a representative. Advertisers and agencies are also represented by delegates with voting rights. The board is supported in its work by the office established in 1997.
