From October 11 to 13, Photoshop gurus such as Jack Davis (USA), Michael Baumgardt and Doc Baumann will convey advanced Photoshop knowledge to interested visitors to the first Photoshop Convention in numerous talks and workshops. The event supported by software producer Adobe is also intended to be a forum for exchange for the countless professional Photoshop users in the German-speaking region. “It is important to us that users really do talk to one another,” says book author and technical director of the Photoshop Convention Michael Baumgardt. “That is why the event also begins with a round-table discussion at which Adobe representatives will also be present.”
Over three days, the event offers more than 40 talks and workshops in various thematic panels (including professional workflow, design, video and web). The event is accompanied by an interesting supporting programme as well as a trade exhibition at which, alongside specialist-book publishers, further solution providers will also be represented. The organiser of the congress is the Munich-based Macromedia Akademie der Medien.
Tickets for the congress and workshops are available from 499 euros plus VAT.
