In the training, AEP places particular emphasis on the development of design skills such as subject-oriented drawing, seeing images from a different perspective, using color and typography correctly, analyzing and producing films oneself. “Alongside twelve male trainees, four female trainees have also found their way to us this year. A development that we very much welcome,” says Ralf Voss, Technical Director of AEP.
