Together with Sony specialist dealers and partners, Sony is showing products, solutions and specific applications for the broadcast industry. The focus is on the new high-definition highlights of the XDCAM family. The motto “Get Closer” stands not only for presentations on the topics of HDTV, Sony Professional Solutions, display technology and video codecs, but also for various workshops in which the products can be experienced at close quarters directly on site.
The extensive product show presents XDCAM, HDV, HDCAM SR, current LMD-series monitors as well as the BVM-L230 reference monitor, Anycast Station and Sony storage solutions. Contacts are available for all products. In the “Interoperability Area”, Sony and its partners, such as Apple and Avid, present joint broadcast solutions. Practice-related XDCAM workshops on the topics of XDCAM EX and XDCAM HD 422 also take place up to six times daily. Registration for the workshops takes place on site on the day of the roadshow.
