Pinnacle Video Transfer is an innovative device for recording analogue video onto a USB 2.0 storage medium without requiring a Mac or PC. With the press of a single button, even technically inexperienced users can record their favourite series or videos from a television, DVD player, PVR, camcorder or set-top box and save them directly to an Apple iPod Video, iPod Nano (3rd generation), iPod Classic, Sony PSP, USB flash drive or USB hard drive. For each connected device, users can select between three levels for video quality and the actual size of the recorded video files at the press of a button as required: good, better, best.
Pinnacle Video Capture for Mac is an elegant and simple solution that, as a low-cost USB 2.0 device, digitises video from any analogue source such as a camcorder, set-top box, games console or video recorder into an iPod format. With Pinnacle Video Capture for Mac, users can capture their home videos, TV shows or films and even gameplay on their games console. Imported videos are automatically added to iTunes and can be synchronised directly with an iPod or Apple TV.
Pinnacle TV for Mac Sticks
These extremely compact portable USB 2.0 devices turn any Mac into a fully featured TV receiver and recorder with remote control. They are of particular interest to Mac users who want to enjoy high-quality television anywhere. Pinnacle TV for Mac is available in two models:
Pinnacle TV for Mac DVB-T Stick – This stick allows users to watch and record their favourite digital TV and radio programmes (DVB-T) live or time-shifted using the TimeShift function.
Pinnacle TV for Mac Hybrid Stick – This stick offers the same functions as the DVB-T Stick and additionally permits reception of analogue TV. The device can also be used for video capturing.
