The Weltenbauer information day on March 28 in Wiesbaden will cover topics such as architectural visualisation, Game Develompment, rendering for film and video film, and video studios.

Game developers and web artists will learn more about working with Maya – especially the new Muscle Extension – and about film rendering à la Pixar. Architects, designers and photographers will be informed about fast, photorealistic rendering with 3ds Max Design 2009 and will have the opportunity to get to know the maxzoom HDRI DVD´s.

Participants can see how to finalise their renderings more quickly with Combustion 2008; 3D real-time developers in particular will gain an insight into 3ds Max with Quest3D 4.0 and get to know Unity 3D – for game development for Wii, PC or Mac.

At ACS, Weltenbauer will present 3ds Max Design 2009 and mental ray in personal demonstrations at the Autodesk stand. An appointment is required so that visitors receive a precisely targeted demonstration addressing their individual questions.

Alongside the new version of 3ds Max Design 2009, the 3ds Max PlugIn´s (Speedtree, nPower PlugIn´s, libraries) will be shown. Visitors will also have the opportunity to optimise their visualisation and animation workflow. For example, by using Combustion 2008 or the real-time visualisation options with Quest3D.
