The DIAMANT Suite includes tools for repairing a wide range of film defects, including dust, dirt, stains, scratches, noise, flicker, distortion, instability and much more. Automatic and semi-automatic software tools enable effective correction in the vast majority of cases.
An application for manual film processing called M.I.R. (moving image retoucher) is included in the DIAMANT Suite, but can also be purchased separately.
The software was designed with research partner JOANNEUM RESEARCH for use in professional environments and supports a range of relevant image formats, including DPX, CIN, TIFF, TGA, JPG, QuickTime® and many more.
Close cooperation between HS-ART, ARRI and CTM-Debrie has optimised the restoration workflow for film archives.
