From September 1 through 30, interested users can vote online at http://www.softwareload.de/softwaredesjahres to choose the winners from 130 finalists. The finalists had previously been selected by an eight-member expert jury according to innovation, distinctive features and popularity.
Hossain el Ouariachi, Pinnacle Systems’ marketing manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, was delighted by the nomination: “We feel honored and are very pleased that the continued development of our Studio software, which enables beginners and professionals alike to edit video like Hollywood, has been nominated by such a professional jury. We are now eager to see how users vote and look forward to the result.”
