Alongside “human workflows,” which primarily represent employees, freelancers, customers and suppliers, any machine and software systems can also be controlled within a unified workflow. These can include encoders, archives, quality-control programs and ERP systems such as SAP R/3. Several examples of so-called human and service-orchestration workflows are being presented at the company’s stand in Amsterdam.
