In its training programme for 3D designers, AEP places particular emphasis on developing creative abilities. Trainees learn subject-oriented drawing, how to view images from a different perspective, how to use colour and typography correctly, and how to analyse and produce films. Alongside conventional 3D visualisation, the 3D designer programme focuses on developing and implementing 3D characters. The lessons cover the entire production process — from concept drawing and clay model to the virtually created 3D model. Characters are brought to life on the basis of storyboards created by the students themselves. This is only one part of this exciting and demanding training programme.
